The world is messy, full of problems, challenges, and you will be faced with them through life. YOU will be faced with them, YOU will be the person that feels the challenge. Yes of course others will be faced with challenges and problems but each challenge, each problem that you face, YOU will have to ‘deal with’. To ‘deal with’ a problem is not always, perhaps much less than you think, to be confused with ‘solving your problems’. In the midst of a problem we face I see so many of us falsely confessing pleadingly to ourselves and others that we don’t know what to do, yet we never cease cognising about the issue, racking our brains angsty raw.
We humans share the same world, are born with a human brain and the way we cognise problems and challenges is universal. Clearly, there is a thing, a phenomenon, our body somehow makes contact, there’s sensation, conscious awareness, interpretation, action, recording as memory. For going about in this world, we all share the same apparatus – we have a body with organs.
I am not saying that our particular bodies and brains, while they share the same constituent cells, are all exactly the same. We clearly aren’t all exactly the same in how we relate to things in our world. We are not clockwork automatons, we are biological organic sculptures. This to me is one factor that necessitates that I learn how I learn and because I am a human being, the same species as you, I reckon You could at least see if what I’ve found to be true is true for You.
The type of problems and challenges will vary from human to human. There are many problems which are common, but commonality does not mean universality. What poses a problem for one of us will not inevitably be an issue at all for another one of us, right? YOUR relationship to the world colours and shapes the kinds of problems YOU will experience.
All of us however, suffer. No matter when or where you were born, no matter the types of challenges you face, You must learn to suffer well. The Wellness industry is growing, we humans are obviously becoming aware of the health benefits of what we eat , drink, exercise and even how we work, how we leisure and deal with stress. I do not dismiss these but here Me and You can find out the quality of mind that suffers well, here we are concerned with how one might suffer well psychologically by asking a question such as;
Is it possible for us to not suffer at all?
